Terms and conditions of delivery (NVGP)
Our orders are delivered in accordance with the general terms and conditions of delivery of the Association of Dutch Wholesalers in Paper and Packaging Materials (NVGP).
Below is a summary of our terms and conditions of delivery:
- The payment period is 21 days net.
- All prices stated are in euros and exclude VAT.
- All prices stated are daily prices.
- Minor differences in colour and quality may occur.
- The minimum order amount is €50 net.
- Freight and administration costs of €20 apply for orders up to €250.
- The costs of a return shipment amount to €20 (unless due to an error on the part of Moonen Packaging)
- Each premium is only given to each customer once per special offer period.
- All deliveries above €250 are delivered carriage paid.
- All delivered products remain the property of Moonen Packaging until the full order amount has been paid.
- Moonen Packaging is not responsible for exceeding the delivery time when the product is not in stock or the fault can be attributed to third parties.
- With customized products, i.e. specially made packaging, more or fewer deliveries are possible in accordance with the terms and conditions of delivery of the Association of Dutch Wholesalers in Paper and Packaging Materials (NVGP).
- All our deliveries are made in accordance with the Association of Dutch Wholesalers in Paper and Packaging Materials (NVGP).
- Typing errors in the online catalogue, as well as changes to the items shown, descriptions, terms and conditions, and prices are reserved.
- The following applies to all our premiums: Only available while stocks last.
